Used it twice. The app user interface is quite crude and so is their customer service. The first time I wanted to add a chore, customer service said I had to cancel and rebook the entire reservation to be able to do a small tweak. The second time, the app sent me a promo code and when I tried using it to check the discount, the booking somehow got completed without explicitly clicking 'book' button and I had to pay 5% as cancellation fees. Such a SCAM!

I cannot get in contact with a single real person and I've been trying for 2 weeks. Probably some of the better reviews on here are just due to the location that you utilize this service but if you have any issues, it's seems impossible to get a real person on the phone. [Update] in response to the standard wording you provided, I emailed and called and used the app multiple times to try to reach somebody. That email recommendation is not a new idea

There is no phone contact. It takes multiple emails to resolve anything. I changed rating from 1 to 3 stars & now to 4 stars. Once you find a good cleaner, repeat service is ok. Cleaning service used 6 times, and twice they had to come back to complete the job. As others pointed to, the subscription charges full price after the 1st month discount, so it's not really worth it. It's not an easy service to use when it doesn't go well & they come at "some time on your chosen day." Yasmin is great.
