HOW PAYMENT WORKS
You pay the agency directly (for example GCash, Maya or bank transfer) and upload your receipt in the app. Joinero doesn't handle your money or store card details.

SAFETY
Agencies submit business documents and are reviewed before they can publish tours. You can report or block a user, and report a tour or message, from inside the app.
