The app has a glitch. Right now there is a quick tip that pops up saying you can check your account balance, but it will not close so you can't check you account balance. This quick tip pops up everytime, even though it isn't needed after you see it once or needed at all as we know how to use phone apps. App is useless right now for viewing account.

The app closes nine times out of 10 and is completely unusable. it'll work fine the first time you download it, then after that if you can even get the app to open it'll close or you'll get an error messages saying the app has stopped responding, seems like the developers aren't interested in users even using this app

This app is terrible! Don't even waste your time on trying to download and signing up. Signed up then tried linking accts with the one star card number even verified my email. Then tried logging in said my log in was invalid then tried to reset my password even though I knew it was right. then it says it didn't match anything in the data base. Deleted app everything on it, you can view on the website. Only difference is you can book a room.
