I've had nothing but issues with the app for 2months now. I've used the app for over a yr never issues. A few months ago I seen that my rewards weren't showing but I'd get emails for my weekly bonus. I decided to delete the app redownload it, see if it would update my account, now its not allowing me to login, it keeps saying invalid rewards card number and/or pin. I tried and tried to login, but inside the casino at the kiosk it works fine until I kept trying the app and it locked my card. 🤦🏻

I love this place really enjoyed the scenery getting to previous location beautiful but this is the one where everyone wins at sometime or other but that's the game and it's not bad to lose the food and service is exemplary and the staff so friendly as well as management b earn whrn counting out your winnings!!! So close to Bakersfield too it's definitely the place you visit for a good time and a chance to dance with Lady Luck, the slots can pay out reasonably well. A good time either way,!!!

My app its not showing me my free play or my food voucher for the month of December it keeps saying there's currently nothing available it can't be I know I have free play and a food voucher plus I unstalled my app and installed the app and it still says the same thing in the offer section currently there's nothing available but the other choices are available like my point Promotion but not my offers please help me out I need to see we're the problem is at your end or my end. Thank you
