I was at a machine and received 25 free spins, the machine shut off automatically and left 22 free spins for the next person. I called the number for assistance and the employee says "There's nothing I can do, you just have to go back when they open." I believe this is a crappy way to run a business that makes millions of dollars from the public. Taking 1/3 of your money to begin with and then forcing you to lose any free spins you have. Customer service was a 1 on a 1-10 scale.
