I give it 1 ☆ because they removed the good slots like the quick hit tiger games to have all the same slots in the two floors, and you lose all your money to make it worse can't even offer you free food or drinks. Not to mention most games are 75cents and up what about 40 cents bets. Smh.

*update* 4/30/22 after a app update it seems to be working? It did take a few emails to get ahold of someone, but seems to be resolved as of now..will give it a bit before I raise my review any higher This app no longer works! Tried numerous times to uninstall reinstall nothing! I'm at Resorts World Catskills as I type, not working

It would be nice to view our points, free play, and entries available to us online as you view can on the kiosks when physically at the casino. Thanks Mike H
