👎The "Cover My Shift" request option doesn't seem to get through to the other caregivers' apps. I keep rebooting and it still doesn't work. I don't know if other caregivers don't want to cover a shift or they just can't see the request?? Is this feature only afforded to some people but not others so as to penalize some?? What would be the point of having this feature if you can't even use it?? There's something very biased about the whole system. It just does the opposite of boosting my morale☹

I cannot get in it. Every time I sign in, it goes right back to the page that doesn't do anything.

The service from Honor is not reliable because openings are not filled in advance or as soon as notified of future days off.
