this app is practically unusable. crashes on startup, bugs out, and support is not helpful.

I love Knack, but this app leaves much to be appreciated. It crashes constantly, puts reviews in incorrectly (has happened twice now), and often does not notify when people message you. If these bugs were worked out, it would be great!
