This app worked for the first ride I booked. It was easy to use, book and pay. Excellent 👏 Fast service. However, since then, there has only been problems. The app closes unexpectedly during use. If the booking is successful, it fails seconds later due to a "specific technical issue" and the app tells me to "try again in a few minutes." I have tried again but the bookings still fail. I wish this app was not glitchy.

Terrible app experience. I created an account and tried to validate my phone number (which is required to use the app) but I got no sms despite trying 10 times over the course of a day. Then I got locked out of my account, presumably for spam. No easy access to support either. Don't waste your time with this thing.

Frustrating experience - you're better off walking I was in San Sebastian and wanted to get a taxi to my hotel. I installed, created an account and then requested a taxi. The app told me to walk to a meeting point 5 mins away which I did. The driver's ETA changed from 1 min to 5 mins to 6 mins and then it switched to a different driver (I assume the first had cancelled). I ended up with 4 different drivers all with increasing ETAs. When I cancelled after 20 mins, I got charged €5.85
