Anagrid is nine word games and a word-unscrambler tool in one quiet, handmade app — and it all works with no internet.

Whether you want a two-minute puzzle on the bus or a long session at the desk, Anagrid keeps everything in one place: one dictionary, one progress track, one calm "letterpress study" to play in.

THE WORD UNSCRAMBLER
Type your letters and Anagrid instantly lists every word you can make, with classic tile values. Filter by starting letter, ending letter, contained letters, or exact length. Tap any word for a short definition. Great for crosswords, word games and puzzle helpers — and it never needs a connection.

NINE WAYS TO PLAY — most with a crossword-style clue to work from
• Anagram — unscramble the word from a rack of letters, guided by its definition.
• Cipher — crack the hidden five-letter word in six guesses.
• Word Wheel — find every word that uses the centre letter; one word uses all nine.
• Doublets — Lewis Carroll's ladder puzzle: change one letter at a time to get from one word to another.
• Blocks — trace words through a grid of letters against the clock.
• Vowels — the vowels are gone; read the consonants and put the word back.
• Words Within — find every shorter word hidden in one long one.
• Gauntlet — an endless, escalating run with three strikes and a shrinking timer.
• The Daily — one puzzle everyone gets, with a streak to keep.

Every solve earns experience and coins. Level up to unlock active skills — a peek at one letter, a few extra seconds, a definition as a clue — and choose a small loadout to carry. Rare and long words are pressed into your Journal automatically, each with its meaning.
