In our traditional family business, only selected parts of the Styrian Vulkanland pig and Styrian young beef are refined into ham and sausage creations with love and using traditional production methods. With a lot of love and care and by adding selected salts, spices and herbs, our products get their wonderful, mild aroma and full-bodied taste. Our meat from Vulkanland pork or young Styrian beef is processed and refined in-house. We prepare fresh regional delicacies every day. From meat loaf to pork breast, from Wiener schnitzel to minced meat loaves, fresh and from our own production - as a small snack or to take away.
