Ratings and reviews

Very slow loading :( It's basically a mobile version of the website. I don't like it can't keep me logged in, every time I use the app I have to log in. But I love this shop and delt with it. But after the website update it became even slower :( Very hard to use the app.

I do not recommend buying from this website because of the costs of the costums. Today I received a small package that weighs half a kilo for which they've charged me 16,40 euros. So it is not worth buying here for the discounts if I have to pay for it anyway later. I recommend buying from Yestyle, I have never had to pay for customs there and they have a section where if you have to pay for costums you send them the invoice and they return it to you. Jolse does not have anything like that.

I love using Jolse for all my products. I've been using it for years now. However, pleaseeee make the app functional. It is incredibly slow, glitches constantly, and takes forever to load anything. 🙏 You guys are a big company, you can afford to hire someone to make a functional app.
