Ratings and reviews

I do not recommend buying from this website because of the costs of the costums. Today I received a small package that weighs half a kilo for which they've charged me 16,40 euros. So it is not worth buying here for the discounts if I have to pay for it anyway later. I recommend buying from Yestyle, I have never had to pay for customs there and they have a section where if you have to pay for costums you send them the invoice and they return it to you. Jolse does not have anything like that.

Very slow loading :( It's basically a mobile version of the website. I don't like it can't keep me logged in, every time I use the app I have to log in. But I love this shop and delt with it. But after the website update it became even slower :( Very hard to use the app.

The app UI is terrible and has been so for a while... It's basically as if you are browsing on a PC browser but in a smaller version. It's a shame because it's my favorite site to purchase skincare.
