5/20/26 Update - their tech support is horrible, they pass me from one person to another, don't read their own notes and keep asking me to log into an account. when signing up for a new account, it gets stuck in a loop on the login screen. asks for your phone number, email address and password then takes you back to the login. does not allow you to reset your password nor does it allow you to create a new account. tried uninstall in and reinstalling the app. no luck. worst charging app ever.

Fails to verify so I can reset my Password essentially bricking all of their chargers to me. absolutely trash. email error System error. There is an unexpected error preventing the code from being processed. Try again later. like, oh, okay. I guess you don't need to have highly available login and authentication servers for a fueling app...

when I tried to register, The app kept putting a space in the middle of the phone number even if I deleted it, so when I registered and it tried to send me a verification code I never got it. I was never able to go back and re-register, even with my email address. It kept asking me to put in the mobile number, and then the email address, and both would fail. never got to charge and wasted an hour
