The app still needs a lot of work, I can only find chargers and charge the first time the app is opened after being installed. All subsequent times I open the app it won't locate a charger, and when the charger is selected by ID, it gives no option to start charging. I have to uninstall/reinstall the app at the charger each time I want to use it.

Hi Frederick, thanks for sharing this feedback. The team is working on a fix for the issue typing in charger IDs. Are you still experiencing the issue with map pins displaying inconsistently?

Free charging is certainly nice! And the speed and daily free limit is adequate for our PHEV. The chargers and the charging network need improvement though - they take foreveerrrr to start, and maybe 1 in 3 times do they start at all on the first attempt. They're also really poorly distributed - sparse, and rarely near anything useful. Not to mention they're often taken, anyway. More chargers, with more than one bay, in useful places are sorely needed.

Charging never starts properly (confirmed charging station, initiate session, then plug in my car), the app loads to the "this may take up to 45 seconds" and after wanting it just ends in an error. The app is insanely buggy and unstable. I thought the Shell app was bad but this takes the cake.
