The app is very slow, and the connection time takes way too long. When you check to see if it's connected, it stops the charge (which it didn't notify you about), and then you have to start the whole process over again. Other charging apps don't take that long or have such starting and stopping problems. It also doesn't warn users that it charges an idling fee, even if plenty of other charging ports are available. The fee is far more expensive than an actual charge. It's very frustrating.

easy to use. not alot of steps involved in signing up, initial first use, or just to use the app afterwards. This is a great and simple app, the concept is good, I would like to see an added feature to prepay a certain amount, and have it count down from start to when charging would be done so I can plan shopping around it. and have it cut off and not got over the amount prepaid, just an idea, not a complaint.

when I tried to register, The app kept putting a space in the middle of the phone number even if I deleted it, so when I registered and it tried to send me a verification code I never got it. I was never able to go back and re-register, even with my email address. It kept asking me to put in the mobile number, and then the email address, and both would fail. never got to charge and wasted an hour

What’s new

This update includes performance improvements and user experience enhancements, including clearer error messages if your session doesn't start because of a payment pre-authorization failure, plus new map pins for partner charging stations across Europe. That's not all- your charging invoice is now attached to your charging session email summary.
