easy to use. not alot of steps involved in signing up, initial first use, or just to use the app afterwards. This is a great and simple app, the concept is good, I would like to see an added feature to prepay a certain amount, and have it count down from start to when charging would be done so I can plan shopping around it. and have it cut off and not got over the amount prepaid, just an idea, not a complaint.

5/20/26 Update - their tech support is horrible, they pass me from one person to another, don't read their own notes and keep asking me to log into an account. when signing up for a new account, it gets stuck in a loop on the login screen. asks for your phone number, email address and password then takes you back to the login. does not allow you to reset your password nor does it allow you to create a new account. tried uninstall in and reinstalling the app. no luck. worst charging app ever.

It says free fast charging to get you to install the app. It's not free. After you get everything setup and select your charger it displays the cost per kwh. Before jolt took over this charger, charging was free with cost covered by large video advertising on both sides of the charger. No app was necessary. It just worked. Uninstalling this app.
