Terrible experience. Tried using one in Hoboken and it didn't work. Registered for an account, but couldn't login. Then I tried to reset my password and then it said I couldn't. And then when I tried to create a new account it wouldn't let me since my email and phone number were used in the first one. Ended up going with Chargepoint and it was much easier.

these stations had a 1-2 hour of free charging before being taken over. now the price is the same as fast charging stations from Tesla 100 ft away. unless the price is cut on half I think you will not be getting any business. It now shows stations you knew where to look but still no search for an area close by. No mapping of directions or trip search. Doesn't show other charging stations from any other competitor.

Horrible user experience. I'll never try these again. Charger was broken but I didn't find out until I slogged through the arduous sign-up. There's a screen, you know it's broken, PUT THAT ON THE SCREEN! QR code didn't work on screen nor label so I had to type in the station code. Here's a tip, don't use zeros or -s when you're mixing numbers and letters in a code people must type in. Shouldn't require an app to charge, take a tip from parking. These people want your data.
