when I tried to register, The app kept putting a space in the middle of the phone number even if I deleted it, so when I registered and it tried to send me a verification code I never got it. I was never able to go back and re-register, even with my email address. It kept asking me to put in the mobile number, and then the email address, and both would fail. never got to charge and wasted an hour

Terrible experience. Tried using one in Hoboken and it didn't work. Registered for an account, but couldn't login. Then I tried to reset my password and then it said I couldn't. And then when I tried to create a new account it wouldn't let me since my email and phone number were used in the first one. Ended up going with Chargepoint and it was much easier.

these stations had a 1-2 hour of free charging before being taken over. now the price is the same as fast charging stations from Tesla 100 ft away. unless the price is cut on half I think you will not be getting any business. It now shows stations you knew where to look but still no search for an area close by. No mapping of directions or trip search. Doesn't show other charging stations from any other competitor.
