About this app

Every day of the year has a story. And so does yours.

Moedim is a Hebrew calendar and a personal calendar in one app — book appointments and personal events while seeing the Biblical, traditional and historical moments of each day, learn and participate in the Holy Days (moedim), and be inspired by a daily devotional.

BOTH CALENDARS AT ONCE
The civil date and the Hebrew date together, and what happened on this day: the feasts and fasts, the events of the Torah, the Prophets and the Writings, the traditions of the Talmud and midrash, New Testament events as the classic harmonies place them, and the turning points of Jewish history down to our own time. Every entry carries its source.

See your phone calendar in Moedim: turn on Settings > Your phone calendar to show your Google, Outlook and iCloud appointments. Moedim only reads them; nothing leaves your phone.

• Share the day as a picture: the verse of the day, or any day's entry, becomes a tall card with the day's artwork.
• A morning note every day, even on quiet days.
• Easier-to-read Calendar dates, and a quieter share button.

A REAL CALENDAR, TOO
Add your own events and tasks, with a proper date and time picker and reminders that arrive exactly when you set them. All-day events get their own reminder options — on the day, or the evening before. Month view shows both dates in every cell, and the feast days carry a small gold mark.

QUIET BY DEFAULT
One gentle "on this day" note each morning, if you want it. Every notification has its own switch, and one tap on "Use quietly" turns them all off — we'll be here when you open the app.

CHOOSE YOUR LAYERS
Six content categories — Observance, Torah/Tanakh, Tradition, New Testament, History, Prophetic pattern — each with its own toggle. Read the calendar your way.

MOEDIM PLUS (US$1.99/year after a 1-month free trial) adds:
- Verse of the day — one shared verse each morning (World English Bible)
- Pray for Israel — a warm weekly prompt as Shabbat draws near
- Feasts & Prophecy — sixteen essays on the festivals as prophetic pattern

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No accounts. No ads. No tracking. Everything stays on your device — the whole calendar works offline, forever.

The calendar and day views, your events and reminders, and the daily notification are free for good.
