About this app

The official Jornadapp app for employees, managers and HR teams with an active account. Company signup, the free trial and initial setup are available at https://jornadapp.net.

Jornadapp is a time tracking, attendance and HR platform. On mobile, and compatible Wear OS watches, it brings together clock-ins, schedules, leave, documents, team communication and field work.

FOR EMPLOYEES
• Clock in, out and for breaks.
• Use GPS, QR or NFC clock-ins, depending on your company's settings.
• Check your workday, worked time, schedules, history and issues; review and confirm weekly hour closing.
• Request holidays, sick leave, permissions and other absences.
• Submit expenses, allowances and receipts.
• View, download and sign payslips, contracts, certificates and other documents.
• Receive notifications, read company updates and use internal chat.
• When enabled, start live-tracked shifts, mileage routes and help alerts. Project, task, client, cost and wellbeing tracking may also be available.

FIELD WORK AND LOCATION
When you voluntarily start a live-tracked shift, mileage route or help alert, Jornadapp may share your real-time location with your company to coordinate work and record journeys. Location may update in the background while the feature is active and the device displays a persistent notification. Stop it by clocking out, ending the route or cancelling the alert. Tracking works only while an active shift, route or alert exists, and according to permissions and company settings.

WEAR OS
On compatible watches, clock in, out and for breaks; check your current status and recent records; use chat; and access clocking quickly from the Jornadapp tile. Features depend on the watch, permissions and company settings.

• See KPIs, daily status, issues and who is working, on break or has not clocked in.
• Manage employees, locations, geofences, devices and managers.
• Plan schedules, workdays, breaks and time targets.
• Manage and approve leave, requests and expenses.
• Upload documents, request signatures and complete weekly closing.
• Create hours and absence reports and export them to CSV or PDF.
• Configure rules, alerts, anti-fraud controls, security, billing, modules and webhooks.
• View live locations during active tracking, routes or alerts; manage mileage routes and help alerts.
• Keep teams informed with internal chat, notifications and announcements.

SETUP AND AVAILABILITY
The features available to each person depend on their role, the enabled modules and the rules set by the company. Managers can use the app for daily operations, while some administration, signup and setup tasks are completed on the web platform. Jornadapp helps maintain clear attendance records and streamline everyday people processes from one place. Check your company's internal policies to understand which features are enabled and how they should be used. The app is designed to support daily work on the move while keeping records, requests, documents and communications connected to the same company account. It does not replace your company's own policies or the legal obligations that apply to your employment relationship. Internet access is required for sign-in, synchronisation and the use of online features. Availability can also depend on device compatibility and granted permissions.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
GPS location is used to validate clock-ins, geofences and company-enabled location features. Data is processed under applicable data-protection laws. The app includes two-factor authentication, mobile biometrics, device controls and secure device signing.
