BirdPedy is the all-in-one birdwatching app for Spain. It brings together verified real-time sightings from eBird, iNaturalist, MINKA and GBIF on an interactive map, tells you where and when to find target species, and turns your life list into a collectible illustrated album completed out in the field.

🎨 YOUR ALBUM OF BIRDS OF SPAIN
Every species across the Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands, illustrated in retro Pixel Art. Each species card includes detailed descriptions, photos, habitat, behavior, key field identification marks, and rarity categories (from common to legendary) with transparent scientific criteria. Mark the species you have watched and watch your collection grow. Compare similar species at the end of each card to master tricky IDs.

Never go birding blind. Open the map to instantly see verified bird sightings around your current location:
• Four trusted data sources: the BirdPedy community, eBird, iNaturalist and MINKA (ICM-CSIC).
• Every marker shows its data origin so you know exactly who to trust.
• Rarities flagged as unusual by eBird for that specific area and season are highlighted.
• Species you haven't seen yet are tagged as "new for you".
• Color-coded pins indicate sighting freshness. Sighting history is strictly kept within the last 7 days.
• Share any hotspot or sighting location via WhatsApp with a direct coordinates link.
