This platform is great for learners who want to improve their English but don't have a supportive environment. It provides a good space to practice. However, there’s a major issue with some users who misuse the platform by trying to engage in inappropriate conversations, especially with the opposite gender—which was quite frustrating. Although I blocked several of them, many still remain. Additionally, the app often faces network issues.

Please add a recording feature to the app so users can analyze themselves. There are some issues. Sometimes, three people get connected at the same time, which creates confusion. Also, a few users are not serious and seem to be here for irrelevant purposes like dating or just for fun. Another problem is the rating system—sometimes the call gets disconnected immediately after connecting due to network issues, yet the app still asks for a rating, which doesn't make sense.
