JottoGo Crew Portal is the companion app for cleaners, co-hosts, reception teams and other crew members who prepare short-term rental properties.

Using the app, crew members can view booking details, preview personalised guest welcome notes (Jottos), and issue them for printing before each guest arrives.

Please note that this app is intended for crew members invited by a JottoGo host.

If you’re a host or property manager, you’ll need to create your JottoGo account first at JottoGo.com, where you can add your properties, invite your crew, connect your printers and configure your automations.
