CREATE THE PLAN AND INVITE YOUR GROUP
Put together the plan in seconds (trip, country house, dinner, barbecue...) and share the invitation code. Anyone who joins sees all the details of the plan instantly.
CLEAR ARRIVALS
Everyone sets their day, time, and how they'll arrive. Are you driving and have extra seats? Offer them and let the group join. Don't have transportation? Join someone's car with a quick message.

• People without the app: add anyone who's coming but doesn't use Qeplan. They count in expenses, meals, cars and arrivals, and the group manages things on their behalf.
• If they install the app later, they pick their entry when joining and inherit everything. No duplicates.
• Polls: the winning option shows right on the card once a poll closes.
• Notes: can now be edited and deleted.
