🚦 Level One – Free the Stuck Bus
You see a traffic jam: a dozen buses crammed into a tight intersection, and one of them – marked with a passenger icon – needs to reach the exit on the other side of the screen. But the exit is blocked by other vehicles. Your only action is to tap a bus and drag it horizontally or vertically into an empty space. Unlike standard sliding puzzles, you can move any bus at any time, not just the target one. Each successful reposition opens a little more room, and you gradually shift the grid until the target bus has a clear path to the exit. The level ends when that bus drives off the screen. Early levels have only four or five buses and two empty spaces; later levels pack fifteen vehicles into a dense 6x6 grid with just three gaps.
🚧 Level Two – Special Vehicles and Tolls
Some vehicles behave differently. Articulated buses are twice as long and need two contiguous empty spaces. Delivery vans cannot be moved until you tap a “release” button that appears next to them. A police car with flashing lights forces you to move it within three turns, or it deducts a star from your final score. The game gives you three Undo buttons per level, plus the Push power‑up – it lets you nudge any bus one space even if there is no empty slot directly behind it, creating a temporary gap. The Helicopter power‑up lifts one bus off the grid entirely for three turns, giving you extra room. The best moment is the Chain Move – if you move five different buses in a row without the target bus touching the exit, your multiplier increases, and the final exit reward doubles.
🛣️ Level Three – Scoring, Tokens, and Daily Jams
Each level rewards you with stars based on the number of moves you took and whether you used any power‑ups. More stars unlock higher difficulty tiers. Every completed level earns you commuter tokens, which you spend on permanent upgrades: extra undo, a shorter push cooldown, or a route highlighter that shows the shortest path to the exit. The daily jam is a special level with a bonus objective – like “free the bus in under ten moves” – and beating it gives you tokens and a skip ticket for any future level.
♾️ Level Four – Endless Highway and Rush Mode
After eighty levels, you unlock Endless Highway – an infinite series of jams with increasing density and new vehicle types. You have a move limit per round, and each freed bus adds to your progress meter. When the meter overflows, Golden Clearance gives you forty seconds of unlimited moves and triple rewards, with every moved bus leaving a wild gap that stays for the next round. After that, you spin the Transit Wheel for a bonus. The jams never stop – but neither does your ability to untangle them.
