Joyloc is the app for tenants who want to legally sublet their primary residence while they're away (vacations, business trips, weekends).

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

• Create your first listing: photos, amenities, pricing,

description—all from your phone.

• Manage your bookings: see upcoming arrivals, confirm guests,
track your monthly earnings.

• Check your guest messages: receive and reply to questions from Airbnb guests.

• Report an incident: report a problem with your property (technical issues, damage, guest complaints) directly from the app.

• View your contracts and addendums: access your signed documents (Joyloc lease, sublease addendum, management agreement).

• Download your monthly invoices.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Joyloc guarantees the legal compliance of seasonal subletting in France:

• Sublease agreement signed with your landlord
• Maximum number of nights (primary residence 90/120 days/year)
• Insurance included

WHO IS IT FOR?

Joyloc is reserved for French tenants with a primary residence lease. Registration requires an email address and a password. No in-app purchases, no subscription.
