Ratings and reviews

I ordered from one of the restaurants. As of right now they are 15 minutes later than the eta. It was picked up from the restaurant. I received an automated call from Uber to respond quickly to my driver as they are having difficulty delivering. No one has reached out to me. I do not know how to get a hold of anyone to get my food. The app has an email address which I did send a message. This is very frustrating!

Needs a map to show all the restaurants, and then can filter. That way I can choose from distance of where I'm at. Takes too long to click on each one to see where they are located. pretty cool app, charges same price as the restaurant as if you go in person or call ahead. I wonder what the rate is for the restaurants.

There is no way to get help with your order or contact delivery driver if there is a problem. I had an order that was marked as delivered but after calling the restaurant the order was never actually picked up so I had to drive to the restaurant and pick it up myself.
