If you don't pay attention and time runs out,you will lose whatever coins you have saved up. You need to add a "are you sure" button so that we don't lose our coins if we don't want to continue with the current game. I know I have lost 500 at a minimum. It is also lagging so much that you can not even play correctly. I have closed all my other apps, force stopped the game, opened it back up,and it is still lagging. I love playing this game it passes the time, but fix the losing coins issue.

Fun game but others give lots more rewards and free time. One huge frustration is after your time is up you are offered an option to "keep playing for 100 coins". The button to click for this pops up right in the middle of the page with no warning. It's very easy to lose all your coins by accidently hitting the button when you aren't expecting it to pop up. No fun when it steals your coins and you get stuck on a "super hard" level. Wish the makers would fix this.

My phone was in my pocket and I accidentally purchased a $99 bundle, there is no way to contact their customer support since the support button only gives 2 options. 1. Why are there so many ads. 2. The levels are too difficult. Also when you are playing and either the timer runs out or you fail, the button for using coins to stay in the game is right where you've been clicking, so you're using coins when you don't want to.. Edit: the app store said that I don't qualify for a refund.

Thank you for playing the game and I'm glad to help you. The app store handles all billing matters. We simply apply for the credit once the game store processes the order. Since we don't handle your credit card, it's best to contact the app store you used directly to request a refund.
