Ratings and reviews

joyride driver app is not accurate when it comes to pickup point distance. You can see on the app that the pickup point is just 500 meters but when you use google map or waze app it's totally different like it says 2 kilometers away. please update your app particularly on this feature to avoid confusion. thanks.

WOULD JOYRIDE PLEASE MAKE GCASH AS A TOP UP AND TO MAKE A CASH OUT !! WHY ONLY PAYMAYA !??! yes ,it's help to earn many but in a way of cancelling booking ,,it's suck! always a hard time to do cancel both on a customers and rider ..please upgrade your system and be accurate in a location upon booking ..

I am giving 1 star due to the poor performance of the app. Despite a high number of passenger bookings, requests are not being assigned to nearby riders. This makes it very difficult for riders to earn a stable income and support their families.
