would have been 5 stars but unfortunately not the easiest of app to setup and use. took me days to figure out how to get the doorbell to ring through to my phone and then it was only by accident and a little bit tinkering with the app that I was able to get it working on my phone. great bit of kit though so I am happy with the product. a good little camera doorbell and a good wallet friendly price. recommended, useful bit of kit.

It works. However, it lacks compared to a very similar app I used for an separate doorbell. The old app would open the intercom window that allowed me to accept or decline, with a picture of who's there. That window would also vibrate my phone like a call so I'd know someone is there. This app only does that if it's actually open. If its not, it's a small notification just like the ones telling me there's movement. I've missed quite a few deliveries at the door because of this.

This app has completely messed up my phone (Android). It has slowed it down to a snails pace and is very glitchy. It takes forever for it to connect to the alerts and the alerts come very late after motion is detected. It locks my phone and freezes during unlocking. It messes up my notification bar. If I could delete the app and use another one with my doorbell, I would immediately but I can't. I've never gone out of my way to write such a poor review for an app before but that's how bad it is.
