Minuteman Transport is the mobile companion for Minuteman’s refrigerated logistics platform. Manage cold-chain freight from quote to delivery—whether you’re a driver on the road, dispatch coordinating loads, or a customer tracking shipments.

• View assigned routes and load stops
• Share GPS location during active deliveries so dispatch can monitor refrigerated loads in transit
• Capture proof-of-delivery (POD) and documents with the built-in document scanner
• Report overages, shortages, and damage (OS&D)
• Receive push notifications for order updates and messages
• Track shipments and delivery status
• View quotes and orders
• Stay informed with in-app notifications

SECURITY
• Secure login with email verification and two-factor authentication (2FA)
• Role-based access for admin, dispatch, sales, customer service, drivers, and customers

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life. Location is used only during active driver sessions for fleet and delivery tracking.
