Cannot login with MyDigital ID. Keep getting error "Verification cannot be completed at this time" although activity history in MyDigital ID says successful login. So tell me how to renew my license and roadtax?! Revert back to the working version before you fix this disastrous version. You don't expect us to tell the police at roadblock we cannot renew roadtax because cannot login to MyJPJ. There is no option to login via the website either. Must use app.

If there's an option to rate it zero, that would serve as the best rating just as much as it deserves. The previous version seemed fine by using direct login without MyDigital ID, it worked perfectly well. The new version keeps prompting it as the wrong ID and when checked with MyDigital hotline they confirmed the ID is active and fine but it's MyJPJ app that's having an issue for a few days already . What is the point to digitalise a system when it is generally a trouble for everything?!

very bad. unable to even go through the initial screen display. and when you wait long enough to get to the log in screen, you're unable to log in with digital ID. for an app that is supposed to make things easier, it did the opposite. I'd rather go back to carrying my physical driver's license and sticking the road tax on the windshield.
