Can't login to the app at all!! Please do not force users to use MyDigital ID to log in when the system is clearly not mature/stable enough yet. IT team, please take the time to read through the comments. Many users are reporting the same login problem, yet there doesn’t seem to be any effective solution. If the app is still unable to provide a reliable login experience, please bring back the previous login method using a username and password until the issues are properly resolved.

Idiot app. Click login with mydigital ID but no response. Why create an app that cant even allow the people to login. This app is suppose to make life easier but it did the other way round. Very good. Never fail to disappoint ppl. If your so called technology cannot make ppl life easier, just go back to physical copy. I guess everyone will be happy. Lousy to the max

If there's an option to rate it zero, that would serve as the best rating just as much as it deserves. The previous version seemed fine by using direct login without MyDigital ID, it worked perfectly well. The new version keeps prompting it as the wrong ID and when checked with MyDigital hotline they confirmed the ID is active and fine but it's MyJPJ app that's having an issue for a few days already . What is the point to digitalise a system when it is generally a trouble for everything?!
