Ratings and reviews

Cannot login with MyDigital ID. Keep getting error "Verification cannot be completed at this time" although activity history in MyDigital ID says successful login. So tell me how to renew my license and roadtax?! Revert back to the working version before you fix this disastrous version. You don't expect us to tell the police at roadblock we cannot renew roadtax because cannot login to MyJPJ. There is no option to login via the website either. Must use app.

Can't believe this is a government developed apps. The older version worked just fine although it can't do much arrangement. However, the newer version is totally a tragedy, stuck at the opening interface and wouldn't even load at all. Wondering what could I do if PDRM ask for license at roadblock. If there is 0-star rating, I will definately rate 0-star.

If there's an option to rate it zero, that would serve as the best rating just as much as it deserves. The previous version seemed fine by using direct login without MyDigital ID, it worked perfectly well. The new version keeps prompting it as the wrong ID and when checked with MyDigital hotline they confirmed the ID is active and fine but it's MyJPJ app that's having an issue for a few days already . What is the point to digitalise a system when it is generally a trouble for everything?!
