when I downloaded the app and made a username and password, on the login screen,it didn't have my name it said Melissa, and I'm just did it, not to mention the other names or ,emails ,phone ,etc it didn't have good results

Most frustrating app ever, but I HAVE to use it for work. How is a company with a $682 BILLION market cap unable to create and run a properly working e-deposit app? This is pathetic. Biometrics login says error, I enter my username manually, click continue, the app pinwheels 3 times then drops the pinwheel and freezes. Great. Thanks.

This app is so ridiculous. We have to use it in the office where I work, and AT SOME POINT whether it's a day, a week, or a few weeks it will say "your phone has been tampered with blah blah you can no longer use it due to security". Okay cool super neat feature EXCEPT THAT MY PHONE IS FINE! In order to get it to work, I have to uninstall it and restart my phone then reinstall.
