About this app

Flux Browser is a free Android browser built for cleaner pages, easier fullscreen video control, stronger privacy controls, and ultra-fast everyday browsing.

No more annoying ad-filled browsing

Flux includes built-in ad blocking to reduce popups, ad clutter, distracting page ads, and common video ad requests. Flux also has no in-app ads, no subscriptions, no rewards feed, and no paid upgrades for the core browser experience.

One hand for fullscreen video

Watching in landscape should not mean stretching across the whole phone. Flux adds a one-hand video edge bar for supported fullscreen videos: drag the left or right edge to seek, release, and keep watching from that point.

Privacy you can see and control

Use Shield controls and Privacy Report to see blocked or detected ads, trackers, beacons, tags, social widgets, remarketing pixels, and other tracking activity. Flux also supports tracking protection, query parameter stripping, Global Privacy Control, suspicious link warnings, download warnings, and site data cleanup.

Ultra fast, quiet by design

Flux keeps the browser shell light with a clean bottom toolbar, low-end mode, and fewer distractions, so pages feel quick on everyday Android phones, weak networks, and older devices.

All at no cost

Flux is free. No in-app ads. No subscriptions. No paid unlocks for core browsing, ad blocking, privacy controls, and video tools.

Key features

- Built-in ad blocker for cleaner pages and fewer distracting video ad requests
- One-hand edge bar for supported fullscreen video seeking
- Privacy Report with visible protection details
- Tracker, beacon, tag, social widget, and remarketing pixel detection
- Per-site Shield controls
- Query parameter stripping and Global Privacy Control
- Suspicious link and download warnings
- Fast Player for supported direct MP4, WebM, HLS, and DASH streams
- Private cache and offline save for supported non-DRM streams
- Low-end mode for older phones, weak networks, and limited storage

Privacy note

Flux makes tracking harder, but no browser can make you completely anonymous by itself. Your IP address, accounts you log into, payment identity, and site-side behavior can still identify you. Flux focuses on reducing routine web tracking and giving you clearer control over what websites can know.

Offline video note

Offline saving works for supported non-DRM direct streams. DRM-protected, live, expired-token, or site-controlled streams may not be available for offline playback.
