This converts a CSV file containing point names, latitude, longitude, and altitude into a KML placemark file.
You can also select the sort order of point names, longitude, latitude, and altitude, and switch whether to skip the first row if it contains a header.
If the coordinate values are UTM coordinates or public coordinates within Japan, or if the coordinate system is based on the ESGP code, you can convert the CSV-formatted planar rectangular coordinates to latitude and longitude and output them in KML format.
