Out of my experience with literally over 20 Halloween ringtone apps, this was the second most lame. It was only surpassed by one that wouldn't even allow me to check out its offerings without rating it or exiting while shoving 5 ads in my face. Out of a host of options, this isn't worth the time or effort.

Needs access to your media files but doesn't save any sounds. Don't waste your time. Uninstalled

Downloaded and opened app, all I got was a loading screen with a jack-o-lantern and ad after ad. Garbage.
