About this app

SVI Mobile is the official companion app for the SVI sales and inventory system. Connected in real time to the web panel, it allows you to manage your inventory directly from your mobile phone, wherever you are.

🔐 Secure Access
Login with JWT and credential encryption.
Biometric unlock (fingerprint or face) to log in without typing your password.
"Remember me" option with an 8-hour persistent session.
Multiple users can share the same device; each transaction is recorded under the name of the user who performed it.
Permission control by role: the app respects the same roles and permissions configured in the web panel (Superadmin, Manager, Salesperson, Cashier, etc.), displaying a clear notification when a transaction is not authorized for your profile.

📦 Inventory Management
Initial inventory upload: register the stock, purchase, sale, and wholesale prices of each new product.
Barcode search: scan any barcode with the camera and access the product instantly.

Search by name: Enter the product name and get smart suggestions with autocomplete.
Full catalog listing of enabled products with pagination.

✏️ Product Editing
Modify all product fields: name, model, code, stock, minimum stock, price, expiration date, status (enabled/disabled).
Change the brand, presentation, location, category, and supplier by selecting from the official catalogs.
Full data validation (formats, consistent prices, duplicates) just like on the web panel.

📸 Product Images
Capture photos directly with your camera or select from your gallery.
Built-in cropping to adjust the image before uploading.
Support for multiple images per product with a preview carousel.
Automatic compression to optimize data transmission.

📊 Information and Statistics
View your personal statistics of scans performed.
Profile picture visible in the side menu with your name and role.
Automatic app version verification against the server.
📡 Connectivity and Robustness
Offline error queue: If there is no connection, error reports are saved locally and automatically sent upon reconnection.
Failure reports to the server with device metadata (model, Android, app version) for remote diagnostics.
Audible and haptic feedback (sounds and vibration) upon completion of operations.

🖥️ Full integration with the web panel
Uses the same official catalogs (brands, categories, presentations, suppliers, locations).
Each modification is recorded in the system audit with the user who made it.
Instant synchronization: Changes made from the mobile device are immediately reflected in the web panel and vice versa.
