About this app

JoyWall - fill your phone with your dog and your cat. It gathers the pet photos
scattered across your gallery and rotates them as your home and lock screen
wallpaper. It also finds people: give it one photo of a face and it finds that
same person across thousands of shots.

■ Gather your pet photos
JoyWall scans your gallery and collects the photos with a dog or a cat in them.
It tells you how many it looked at and how many it found, and you pick the ones
you want on your screen.
Note: pets are gathered as "photos with an animal in them". JoyWall cannot tell
your dog from the neighbour's dog - recognising an individual is what the face
feature does, and that works on human faces. We would rather say so here.

■ For people, one photo is enough
Pick one photo where their face is clear and JoyWall finds that same face across
thousands of photos. Add a few more and it gets sharper. Neither your photos nor
the recognition results ever leave your device.

■ A new wallpaper every time the screen turns off
Wallpapers change while the screen is off, so you never see it happen. When you
turn the screen back on the next photo is already there - no flicker. Home and
lock screen can show different photos, and the wallpaper can pan as you swipe.

■ A loved face as an app icon
Pick a face you saved, cut it into a shape (heart, star, flower), add stickers,
and pin it as a home screen icon that opens any app you choose.

■ Floating effects
Hearts, petals, stars, balloons, butterflies - and the faces you saved - drift
over your screen, even on top of other apps. Seven kinds of movement, adjustable
count, size and speed, and a timer for the hours you want. Choose the weather
mode and raindrops fall when it rains in your city, snowflakes when it snows.

■ More ways to decorate
- Pick photos: hang scenery, flowers or candid shots - no recognition needed
- Touch-up: crop, rotate and sticker each photo - originals stay untouched
- Collage: gather favourite moments into one wallpaper
- Rules: the dog in the morning, family at night - automatic by time of day
- Widgets: photo frames on your home screen, five styles, 30 min to 6 h
- Face tags: name each face once, then search your gallery by name

■ You stay in control
- Remove any photo from the results with one tap
- Pin the current wallpaper, or swap instantly from the notification
- Hearted photos appear more often
- A diagnostics screen shows everything at a glance and fixes issues in one tap

■ Privacy
- Photos and face data never leave your device
- The server knows exactly two things: a push token and the last time the app
was opened

· Fixed: the icon name field was hidden behind the keyboard in Icon Maker
· Fixed: making a transparent icon without a face looked stuck. Shape, frame,
and name field now show right away
· When adding your icon, choose "As widget" (keeps styling) or "As shortcut"
(works in the bottom dock row) - a widget can't sit in the dock, so we
added this choice
