Update: Thanks Dev for your response. I decided to uninstall the app since I use my TV screen while I exercise. 1st Review: No Android/Google TV app seems like a huge missed opportunity and a weird decision when they show casting to your TV all the time. Like I said, weird decision not to have a TV compatible app unless they just want your phone / tablet for access to your data for data mining? More sure if I'm keeping it installed so I'll rate at average for now. Love the gamification though!

Customer support went above and beyond for me. I just got my new device today and the second my kids saw it they were ready for me to set it up. I have never had any issues using it, so im not sure whats happening with a select few reviews having a problem but it works great for me. Thank you! I cant wait to see more updates come out. Keep em coming!

If you don't care about run data accuracy this is fine. You earn currency to unlock worlds, appearal, pets, etc. which makes this a fun way to get in shape! I love it for that fact alone which is where I think Jacfit triumphs Zwift. However, you pay $90+ for the sensors and they are... Meh. I've tried to calibrate the run sensors many times and it's just never going to be accurate. However there's so monthly payment after you own the sensors so that's a big plus which you pay monthly for zwift
