Is anyone having an issue with this app or just me? When I start it up it works fine, but when I enter a map and start pedaling and I pass other players, they don't move, every player just sits there....that wasn't an issue when I first used it, had something happened? UPDATE TO 5 STARS: after about 2 weeks of diagnosing my issue, they were able to fix it and now everything works smoothly!😁

I just got this today, i installed the app, and that is as far as I got. As soon as I click to open, I get a BLACK screen that flickers and kicks me out... thats it, I re-installed 2x, cleared the memory, cache, restarted my android S23plus, and still nothing. I really wanted this to work to get back into cycling. Looks like I'm going to return the unit.

The new update is causing many problems. Can't connect to my device. Logged out and removed the app from my device. Can't connect to Bluetooth keep getting Bluetooth error. The app shows it is connected in the upper light corner of the app. Connect is lost on the the wheel sensor blue light not blinking. Changed battery didn't help.
