Orbit keeps you connected to your organisation in one simple, secure app.

Whether you belong to a club, association, training group, workplace or
community, Orbit brings everything your organisation shares into a single
place — so you always know what's happening, what's expected of you, and
where to find what you need.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Events — Browse upcoming events, RSVP in a tap, and join the waitlist
when a place opens up. Get reminders so you never miss what matters.

• Your agenda — A personal Tasks screen pulls together the events,
meetings and bookings you've accepted, plus anything assigned to you,
into one clear list of what's coming up.

• Meetings — See agendas, confirm your attendance, and turn meeting
action items into personal tasks so nothing slips through the cracks.

• Bookings — Reserve the rooms, equipment or sessions your organisation
offers, and keep track of what you've booked.

• Announcements & news — Stay up to date with the latest posts from your
organisation, with unread badges so you can see what's new at a glance.

• Knowledge base — Find guides, policies and answers to common questions,
neatly organised by category.

• Files & resources — Access the documents and resources shared with you,
available whenever you need them.

• Forms — Complete and submit forms right from your phone, including
uploading photos and documents when they're required.

• Assets — See the equipment or items assigned to you and keep track of
what's in your care.

organisation — its name, branding, colours and the features it has chosen
to enable. You'll only see what's relevant to you.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

Your information stays protected. Each organisation's data is fully
isolated, encrypted, and only accessible to the right people. Orbit uses
no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs — your data is used only to
provide the app's features to you and your organisation.
