Ratings and reviews

There is a slight learning curve, but the app gives exactly what it advertises: planning and booking for the public charter airline. Sometimes you might have to refresh to see updated prices and availability, but overall, it's a solid app experience.

app suddenly wouldn't let me log in with my password. customer support tried twice to reset my password without success, told me in frustration that this happens often. absolutely a brand killing experience, either the cio or ceo or whatever a$$ demanded the tech spending cut needs to be fired. this is frontier level garbage 🗑

I love flying on Jsx. After the last update to the app it will not work. Ive deleted the app and downloaded it again several times. When you try to open it it just stays on the logo page and wont open.
