Every time you launch the app it asks you to update and takes you to the Google play store. 99% of the the time there is no update available. why waste the users time when there is no update??? very frustrating. it should only ask you to update when there is an update available!!! also in the flight status checking routes, pls have the app remember the to/ from airports. I use the status a lot on the day of travel from SNA to LAS and vice versa and after, say, 15 mins the app forgets everything

Thanks for the detail! We do set minimum version requirements occasionally, but that's not the case here. If you're open to it, email appfeedback@jsx.com so we can dig into specifics. Also noted your idea to remember to/from airports in flight status and passing that along to the team.

There is a slight learning curve, but the app gives exactly what it advertises: planning and booking for the public charter airline. Sometimes you might have to refresh to see updated prices and availability, but overall, it's a solid app experience.

Very unreliable service. Aborted landing and abruptly changed landing from PBI to MIA, an hour and a half away. Then claimed "safety" but there were plenty of other airports nearby. Do not recommend. Just use JetBlue instead.
