how do i send video? I haven't used it for last couple of days but it just seems anytime I use the graffiti one, usually next day whatever I draw on it it's gone the following day so the other tabs like animation works as well the text tab but it just seems last maybe couple weeks when I use graffiti one, next day it's completely gone. you'll have to inform me how to send a picture or video.

this new update have not fixed the bug you reported, I am still trying to figure out what caused the problem you found, if you can send me a video how you use the app when create graffiti and save it , it will hekp me find out what the problem is.. send a video to my email.

Can't for the life of me upload .jt files to my CoolLEDX device (on Samsung S20 FE). It keeps returning the message "The imported data format is incorrect." I've even tested downloading a .jt from the app itself, making a copy of that file, and then attempting to re-upload it, and I'm getting that exact error despite the two files being identical. I cannot fathom what the issue is, but it sucks having to deal with it.

There is a glitch in the software. I get half way thru my design and the software blinks. It takes me back to the screen that shows what device is available to connect. I have lost my designs as a result! As a result, I started saving after every edit just to be safe! It adds time and is frustrating.
