I wish the arrow keys were closer together and also did NOT obstruct the game screen. I am currently making my own classic snake game and will definitely keep that in mind. wanted to try what's out there first for mobile options. I would prefer if the score was moved to the bottom and then the arrow keys could be in the middle of that bar, minimizing taking up more game space. also, a joystick type of control could have potential? user keeps their finger in the middle as neutral

I love(d) this game!!! I played Snakes as a kid on the first Gateway 2000 computers. That Windows' Version had upgraded graphics... The green line looked like a snake by then, and the red dot looked more like an apple. I just recently discovered this retro version... & it took me back to my childhood. This goes to show the graphics are not what make the game fun, it's the game itself! Still just as addictive & challenging. You can test your agility & compete against yourself for hours with this.

Today I was at a restaurant in the countryside waiting for my food. No signal. Figured I'd play a game. I quickly found they all require an Internet connection even though they are single player. Every. Single. One. When I got home I immediately went on a hunt for simple games figuring they would not have the online requirement. Here's one. I put the phone on airplane mode first to make sure. I am not a big snake fan but it's actually more engaging and fun with swipe controls. What a great find!
