Good products.. Trustworthy brand.. Good customer care support.. But they need to work on their app, product details mentioned in the website are not given in equal detail in the app like ingredients and how to use etc.. Website gives details about the concern for which the product should be used (on main page itself) but the app doesn't show the same.. Delivery period is too long.

Horrible experience. First they repeatedly delayed my last order and instead of offering a refund they asked me to pick up from the courier hub and then I got the product about a month later (Tbh it has been a while since this bitter incident transpired) I was a great fan of their products hence I wanted to order again (now) and give them a second chance despite the bitter experience (previously) BUT I AM UNABLE TO OPEN THE APP IT SAYS 'UPDATE' BUT EVERYTHING IS UP TO DATE!

Products are effective but the minimum order of 1000 for free delivery is not the right thing as it forces users to buy the products they dnt need in order to save 100 delivery fees....it was earlier 500 nd now the brand become famous they started these cheap tricks..I have stopped ordering from this app but earlier I was a regular spender.....
