This is the relaunch of my 2015 Simple Teleprompter app.

Type or import text and easily teleprompt it.

Customize the teleprompter to your needs: You can change the scrolling speed, font, colors and lots of other useful features such as auto-starting and mirroring or locking the orientation of your device.

Excellent. Simple, straightforward, easy to use with all the right controls and no excessive and unnecessary complicating features. Good breadth of scrolling speeds and font sizes. Works as advertised. Perfect for my application with a desktop camera and phone, reading scripts. Seems to require .txt files for import, and while PDF or .doc would be nice, but not a significant detractor. Well done.

Great to see a relaunch of this app. I thought it had disappeared for good. Easy to use; it can be downloaded, tweaked in a few seconds (i.e. font size, background colour, speed of text) and within minutes it’s up and running, doing what you want it to do. There are also no ads, or at least none I’ve come across so far, making this a 5 star app.

I've tried many teleprompters, and this one is by far the best. It's simple yet highly functional. My entire workflow revolves around it, and I'm grateful to the developer for creating such an excellent tool. My only request is to add an option to disable automatic scrolling, as I use a remote instead. I've set the scrolling speed to 1, which almost achieves the desired effect. However, when scrolling down, it still starts to move automatically, causing slight inconvenience.
