The Calendar tab groups all interventions scheduled from the administration panel and assigned to you.
For each intervention, you will find:
- the type of intervention
- the date and time
- the intervention location
- the associated case file
- the team members involved
From an intervention, you can:
- view detailed information
- access associated forms
- complete your intervention reports directly from the application
The forms are configured from the administration panel (text fields, checkboxes, photos, repeatable sections, etc.) and adapt to your business needs.
Once completed, the report is automatically synchronized with the platform.
📁 Files
The Files tab gives you access to all your company's files.
Each file centralizes:
- Project-related information
- Associated clients
- Shared documents
This allows you to quickly find the context of a project, even while traveling.
📍 Locations
The Locations tab lists all your organization's intervention sites.
For each location, you'll find:
- General information
- On-site contacts
- Associated documents
