app never opens. saw ad today that app has been updated but it's not showing in my updates and hasn't updated since early November... still doesn't open. u gotta fix this app! ok. date is June 6, 2026. app still does not open. this is getting too ridiculous... why won't you fix the app? I have Android Google pixel 10... app information says it is compatible... I just don't understand!

I had to drop it from 2 to 1 stars because now it won't open at all. For a tour trying to increase their viewership, it's amazing how much they don't care about the fans.

I wonder why they never fix the app hanging at the initial slash screen (Android), see numerous people reporting this. Ever since the app was redone I've had this issue, try numerous times, clear cache etc it will eventually come up. Once it comes up it's okay.
