The Jumbo Smiles campaign in stores is now over. We hope everyone had fun with the stickers and the app. For those who have not yet completed the collection, the remaining stickers will be released in this update of the app. This way everyone can continue to enjoy the app!

View your Smiles in the app and find out everything about Tessa, Mandy and all the other Smiles. Play fun games, make delicious recipes and learn from the best dates you knew.

1. What is the Jumbo Smiles app?
The Jumbo Smiles app is a fun and interactive app that can be downloaded for free in your Appstore! The app was specially developed for Jumbo's savings campaign. During this savings campaign you will receive a reusable sticker, also called 'Smile', with every €10 worth of groceries. There are a total of 45 different Smiles. Scan your saved Smiles with the app and discover more than 45 games, facts, activities and more. Learn more about our home-grown fruit and vegetables in a playful way.
2. Is the app safe for children?
Yes. No personal data is collected and the content is completely child-friendly.
3. How does scanning the Smiles work?
• Open the app and click on the map on the Smile that you have received and therefore want to 'check in'
• Hold the sticker under your device's camera in the scan screen. Ensure that the lighting is correct and that the sticker is positioned calmly.
• The app recognizes the sticker and unlocks a game, an activity, a did you know date or a joke!

4. My Smile does not scan, what should I do?
• Check if your camera lens is clean.
• Ensure proper lighting and position the sticker calmly.
• Be careful that the Smile does not get too much reflection from your lamp.
• Also try it by the window in good daylight.
• If possible, try to scan another Smile first.
• If it still doesn't work after this; then close the app and try again in the daylight.
