You spend a ridiculous amount of money on their hotels, and they can't even bother listening and fix the glitching on their app. Appalling service from a massive hotel brand.

Very glitchy app. On trying to scroll through the itinerary part of the app it keeps glitching, freezing and not letting me scroll to see details of my booking. Also, loading deals/offers takes and age and in the end I am required to force close the app. Love Jumeirah, hate the app.

As other reviews, the app glitches and closes when you look at the itinery tab and scroll through.
