JunkRabbit Haulers is the app for JunkRabbit's junk-removal pros. It puts your assigned pickups, navigation, customer messaging, and payment tools in one place so you can run your day from your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See your jobs by day — every assigned pickup with the address, time window, items, and your payout, grouped by date or viewed on a calendar.
• Navigate every stop — one tap to open turn-by-turn directions, plus a route view that lines up your whole day.
• Share a live ETA — when you tap "I'm on my way," the customer sees your live location so they know exactly when you'll arrive. It's only shared while you're en route to an active job and stops the moment the job ends.
• Message customers — a built-in chat for every job, with quick replies.
• Update job status — mark yourself en route, on site, and complete, right from the job.
• Capture proof of service — snap before/after photos or record a short narrated video when you finish.
• Add items on site — priced from the JunkRabbit catalog, with the customer paying on the spot by scanning a QR code (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card) or by a texted link.
• Track your earnings — payouts, an earnings-by-month chart, and your performance at a glance.
• Manage your availability — block whole days or specific time windows so you're only offered jobs you can take.
• Keep your paperwork current — upload your Certificate of Insurance and manage your truck details and service areas.
• Get notified instantly — push alerts for new job assignments and customer messages.
