Firefighter Journal (Jurnal Damkar) is an offline logbook for fire crews. Record shift notes, track unit equipment, run SCBA air-time timers, work through checklists, and keep the crew cash book — with no internet connection, no account, and no sign-up.
Built for people who work where the signal does not reach. Everything is stored on your own device. Google Drive backup is there when you want it, and never required.
NOTES AND DOCUMENTATION
- Offline notes: write anything, anytime, anywhere, with no connection needed
- Photos and video: attach visual documentation to any note, and play video back inside the app
- Text scanning (OCR): pull text from forms, labels, and serial numbers straight into a note instead of retyping it
- Fast search: find any saved note in seconds
- Smart priority: flag what is urgent and keep it at the top of the list
- Export to PDF and Excel: turn notes into clean reports for handover, documentation, or analysis
- Sharing: send notes to email, chat apps, or social media
UNIT EQUIPMENT AND SCBA
- Equipment records: build unit inventory lists with the details you actually need, searchable and easy to keep current
- SCBA control board: track and monitor air time per set, so duration is recorded and controlled instead of remembered
- Checklists: build SOPs, work steps, and task lists, then tick items off as they are completed
CREW CASH BOOK
- Multiple books: run separate books for operations, welfare fund, or events
- Income and expense: log every transaction with category, note, and a photo of the receipt
- Member dues: set rates per member or per group, and see at a glance who has paid
- Reports: monthly summaries and trend charts, exported to PDF with your payment account and QR code, or to Excel
- Excel import: bring an existing spreadsheet in, in .xls or .xlsx
- Your currency: set the symbol your unit uses, or follow the device automatically
DUTY ROSTER
- Group duty calendar: organise shifts in a calendar view, colour-coded by group so coordination is readable at a glance
BACKUP AND RESTORE
- Local backup: save and restore on the device itself, with no connection
- Google Drive backup: notes, photos, and video kept safe off the device
- Restore on a new phone: pick up exactly where the old one left off
DAY TO DAY
- Home screen widgets: reach notes, balances, and shortcuts without opening the app, each widget set up the way you want it
- Dark and light themes
- Portrait on phones, landscape on tablets
- Full English and Indonesian: the whole app, not only the menus
WHY FIREFIGHTER JOURNAL
Offline first. Field work does not wait for a signal, and neither does this app.
One place for everything. Notes, equipment, SCBA, checklists, and the cash book, instead of five apps and a paper folder.
Your data stays yours. Held on your device, and backed up only where you tell it to go.
