It would be REALLY nice if it had a dark mode option, but other than that, absolutely perfect! I have several irregular, rotating schedules I have to keep track of. I do NOT want or need to be notified ad nauseum about every single thing that's entered on the calendar every day. Couldn't find an app that let me just turn that off. This is exactly the simple, stripped down calendar I need.

Finally! I recently changed from iPhone to Samsung Galaxy but for two months I carried both because I could not find a calendar that I liked. I only want to write notes on my calendar, like I did on paper calendars but all the ones I tried, I had to set a start and end time if I wanted to document something on a date. Also, the one I found that I thought I could tolerate made me choose a color if I wrote anything. This became very confusing. This calendar is just what I was looking for.

Only thing missing for me is the option to export as a pdf file. A "txt" file is a bit outdated IMO. UPDATE 2026: I'm occasionally finding the app buggy and find it not saving changes I make, even if I install updates or restore a backup file. Would be nice to have a proper "save changes" option in the app to avoid future problems like this.
