Ratings and reviews

Very poor service. Very poor response from customer support staff. I am just trying to deactivate daily account from last 5 months but not get banned. I have spoken to his staff. All of them have been driving me crazy since last 5 months. I am so impressed by both my local field manager or senior field manager. Even after that this log still did not solve my problem. Very very bad service justdial

Just dial sale executive are the worst as they first ask for payment again and again once the payment is done they don't pick up call. It's been 4 months I have opted for service and didn't received half of my services yet. And their executive don't even pick calls. Worst experience. Won't choose just dial service again.

Just dial doesn't take responsibility for the failed service given by the vendors. cold flow was used for AC repair, AC issue never solved, 90days free revisit was there,they never came back,don't answer calls or messages. The bill given also is in a different name, just JD even verify their vendors thoroughly or just behind the money of subscription? Just dial didn't even get the money refunded nor made them give service to solve issue & they closed the ticket without any update. Pathetic!
