This app don't have notification sound for appointments. Can't use the call and most of the times the messaging tab is just keep on loading not good if you want to send message on the client.. There is a time that you need to uninstall and install again to see the messages..And also if the clients instructions are long you can't read it all in the app.

I tried to create an account in this app, but it requires a Company Reference Code. Unfortunately, there is no clear guidance on where to obtain this code. Even after reaching out for online support, they were unaware of the process. For users in Dubai, there should be a clear and accessible way to obtain this code, whether through employers, registration portals, or official documentation. Without proper instructions, the onboarding experience becomes frustrating.

Updated the app. As a partner driver with Justlife. When we create an issue using get help button. We cannot reply anything (ticket issue was not closed) chat box shows loading for whole day long, even if i click close ticket it doesn’t work disgusting and annoying stff. Before launching new version we request you to make test everything properly.
